About

There are two kinds of people who come to this “About” page: (1) The people who stop here first; and (2) The people who look over some of the site content, and then move on to this page. I probably should add a third group: (3) The people who look over some of the site content, shake their heads and blog off forever.

Hello, and welcome.

What you’ll find here are stories, essays, and art that I have created and produced since I retired from my job in an advertising agency. I was NOT “let go.” There’s some crazy stuff here. I hope you enjoy it. I do.

The writing is broken into a couple of different areas: (A) Essays about writing and trying to become a published writer; (B) Essays on living and now dying; (C) Just stories of situations I seem to get into with a variety of people.

You’ll find a lot of references to the fact, that I am an Extraterrestrial who is observing and reporting your culture to the King of our planet Aarkon. You can believe it or not. It makes no difference to me. It shouldn’t make any difference to the hours of delight that wait for you here.

I am an artist … a painter. You’ll find a photo of every piece I’ve created here, including titles and canvas sizes. If something really interests you, something you see here that you just must have … well, you just drop me a note and make an offer. I’ll find a way to make your dreams come true. I’m currently living underground in Wisconsin, which is located in the central part of the North American land mass, which is owned by the United States of America. So, I will have to ship it, or deliver it to you from here.

So, if you can read and like to look at pretty colors, I invite you to move throughout this Blog. Have fun! I did all this for only you. Honest. Only you.

  2. The shirts are made on the planet Aarkon. I try to keep jobs at home. We had talked to the Chinese and Vietnamese, but couldn’t work out a way to convert our Aarkonian printed money to theirs … It became a banking nightmare. Besides, I think that you’ll find the quality of the Aarkonian fabric much better.
